Beginning to Remember

Poet and Sufi mystic Rumi writes about the companionship of people in dark times. It is through unity that we can make it through the darkest times lending our light to one another.

This idea makes me think of so many of the stories I have heard here. Those people I have met who have overcome trying circumstances have done so in community with one another. That sense of community is something I hope to learn from living in this place.
